• Your store automatically notifies QFM of the new order.
• A pending consignment is created in QFM with the customer’s details, warehouse location, and order reference.
• We can sync SKUs and apply applicable surcharges for tailgates and residential addresses.
• The order is picked and packed at the warehouse, and the consignment is updated.
• Warehouse staff can select a preferred carrier service or use QFM Live Rates for automatic carrier selection.
• Once the consignment is manifested, tracking details sync back to your store, marking the order as shipped.
