Panels and sheets push freight equipment past the pallet-truck default. Sheet loads become more complex once length passes 2.4 m. At that point the conversation turns to overlength permits, pilot vehicles on longer runs, crane or gantry unload at the receiver, and whether the freight is destined for a joinery shop, manufacturing floor, sign-writer or building site.
