Stage doors are rarely built for pantech deliveries — narrow laneways, upstairs venues, no dock, limited load-in windows. We confirm stage-door dimensions, vehicle type (pantech vs tail-lift van vs rigid), and the venue's load-in window before dispatch so the truck isn't turned away. For upstairs or ground-floor venues without a forklift, we book hand-unload or tail-lift delivery specifically for the audio kit.

Castered flight cases move best banded onto a pallet base so castors don't roll in transit and the case presents a square footprint for handling. Loose items — mic stands, cable trunks, hardware boxes — should be consolidated onto a shared pallet rather than sent individually. For dated tour runs, earlier is always better — venue load-in windows are fixed and carrier capacity on the east-coast corridor tightens around festivals and end-of-year touring season. Two to three weeks for scheduled tours, same-week bookings possible on express or dedicated vehicle but typically at a capacity premium.
